  In a notorious industry, the little post office in Mernda has to be the best I've ever encountered. Wonderful, tireless staff.

  Told that i "entered the store when somebody walked out" which is incorrect, was told i must come back earlier even though i arrived before their listed closing time.

  Horrible service --especially from the "blonde"-hared, weather-beaten old battle-axe who treats customers as if they were, like her, trailer park trash. Fortunately, the guys who were hired to actually deliver the mail, actually understand customer service, and do a far better job. But if you want stamps, want to post a parcel or do any of that sort of business, I recommend heading to Doreen (Laurimar): MUCH nicer, smarter and polite women are running THAT post office.
